What MSSP-Lite is meant to be
Every item below is planned. None of it is running, for us or for anyone else, today.
Planned: log collection
A managed rollout of log collection across your endpoints, cloud instances and network devices, so you get visibility without hiring a SIEM engineer. Not built, and never yet deployed for a customer.
Planned: alert triage
A first pass over incoming alerts, with an analyst deciding what is worth your attention. In design. We quote no noise-reduction figure because nothing is running to measure.
Planned: cross-source correlation
Joining events across endpoints, cloud and network so activity that looks harmless in one log alone is visible. Roadmap — not a running capability.
Planned: advisory enrichment
Enriching alerts with published advisories relevant to Indian businesses, so an alert arrives with context. Not built.
Planned: monthly reporting
A short report on what happened, what was escalated and what to fix — readable by someone who is not a security engineer. Not built, and the platform is English-only today.
Planned: CERT-In reporting support
Help preparing a notifiable incident report inside CERT-In’s six-hour window. Today that is handled by hand as part of an incident response engagement; automating it here is planned.
How MSSP-Lite is designed to work
The four steps we are building towards. None of them runs today.
Planned: we install log collection across your endpoints, cloud instances and network devices. No customer deployment has been done.
Planned: logs land in an instance dedicated to you, with detection rules applied as they are written. There is no collection pipeline today.
Planned: alerts are sorted automatically and an analyst decides what reaches you. No triage exists yet, automated or human.
Planned: confirmed incidents reach you as a plain-English summary with next steps. Automated containment is a later step, not an early one.

Can I buy MSSP-Lite today?
No. MSSP-Lite is in development. There is no deployment, no monitoring pipeline, no triage queue and no customer dashboard for it. We are taking pilot conversations, and we will tell you exactly what exists when we talk.
What is the service meant to cover?
The design is log collection across endpoints, cloud and network; a first-pass triage of alerts with an analyst deciding what gets escalated; and a short monthly report. That is a plan, not a description of running software.
Do you monitor anything 24/7 right now?
No. We do not operate a round-the-clock security operations centre. Continuous coverage is part of the target design, and we will not claim it until it is staffed, running and measurable.
What about CERT-In’s six-hour notification window?
Preparing a CERT-In notification is something we do today by hand, inside an incident response engagement. Nothing about it is automated in MSSP-Lite, and we do not file on your behalf without a separate written authorisation.
Which SIEM will you deploy?
We are not naming a vendor on a marketing page before we have run it for a customer. We will walk you through the current choice, and why, on a call.
Are reports available in Hindi?
Not today. The platform is English-only. Multi-language reporting is a possible addition, not a shipped feature.
